Key Principle: The welfare of the child is paramount, and all children, regardless of age, disability, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation, have the right to protection from harm. We believe in working collaboratively with children, parents, careers, and relevant agencies to ensure their safety and well-being.

Our goals at Footy Femmes are ambitious but we are striving to run a program that is sustainable and long-term.
Arrest Attrition: We aim to grow our batch size and retain at least 80% of our players over three years. Parent Education: Engaging parents through quarterly meetings and regular updates on their child’s progress.
Female Coaches and Staff: Developing a pipeline of female coaches and staff to lead and support our program.
Foundation Involvement: Conducting weekly workshops in public schools and providing resources to encourage the sport.

Training

- Schedule: Three weekly sessions ensure consistent learning and growth.
- Game-Time: 4000 minutes of match play annually for ages 4–11 to build experience.

Competition
- Local Matches: Small-sided games in Delhi-NCR and Haryana to sharpen skills and teamwork.
- Growth: Gradual progression through Delhi football leagues based on merit.
- State Trials: Opportunities to compete for the Delhi state team.
National Exposure
- Leagues: Progression to state leagues and the Indian Women’s League for national recognition.
