Grassroots Development
Introduction to Football:
Our grassroots program is tailored for girls aged 5-8, focusing on the basics of football. Through fun and engaging activities, we introduce them to the game, emphasizing enjoyment and participation.
Skill Development: For girls aged 9-12, we offer sessions that enhance their technical skills, such as dribbling, passing, and shooting. These sessions also incorporate small-sided games to develop their understanding of the game and teamwork.

- The program aims to develop a competitive team in categories: U-10, U-12, U-14, U-16 and Seniors.
- The program wishes to create a highly competitive youth unit within Delhi football in the next 4-5 years
- The program aims to develop a nationally-competitive team at the youth levels within the next 6 years.
- The program aims to develop players who can represent India nationally and at top football clubs.
- The program hopes to field a fully home-grown team in the FD Women’s lowest tier by 2030.
- This aim of this team is to get promoted to the FD Women’s Premier League by 2034.
- The program aims to produce a youth international by 2033 and a senior international by 2037.
- The program hopes to produce 2 women playing in the top 10 leagues in the world by 2040.
