Our goals at Footy Femmes are ambitious but we are striving to run a program that is sustainable and long-term.

Arrest Attrition: We aim to grow our batch size and retain at least 80% of our players over three years. Parent Education: Engaging parents through quarterly meetings and regular updates on their child’s progress.

Female Coaches and Staff: Developing a pipeline of female coaches and staff to lead and support our program.

Foundation Involvement: Conducting weekly workshops in public schools and providing resources to encourage the sport.
